Thriving > Surviving

This isn’t a reality until you can show me. Knowing is a good step but the proof is in the pudding, show me your schedule.

Here are a few commitments to consider first:

  1. Reassess your strengths, limits, weaknesses, tendencies and preferences
  2. Be realistic with expectations. Manage both your personal and public expectations
  3. Elevate your well-being as a key priority by blocking time to rest, reflect and plan
  4. Start making thriving a daily goal and not a monumental milestone in the future
  5. Remember that you are a limited resource in an unlimited world, so be humble and know your place is finite in a hybrid world.

Here’s an interesting article:

“To stay motivated as we encounter unprecedented levels of uncertainty in every aspect of our lives, we should understand that the human brain simply was not built for this. Knowing what your brain does well — and what it does surprisingly poorly — can give you a much clearer sense of the strategies you need to not just endure, but to thrive.”

You have to fight to thrive!
