Dear friends, allies and leaders,

This is the right time to prove that the “growth mindset” mantra applies to you as well. I love how Khalil Smith framed it, “We love that you want to be an ally. We appreciate that you’re fired up and ready to help. We see it in the emails we receive, and the texts of support”.

We do!

But dear friends, the onus to get informed and learn, re-learn, and unlearn history is on you. Feel free to lean on us when you get stuck, we will be available for guidance, counseling, and to answer your questions but the work of learning, relearning and unlearning is on you.
